Senior FP&A Analyst | AI Infrastructure | Public Company | Hybrid NYC

Our client is a publicly traded, high-growth AI infrastructure company operating a vertically integrated platform spanning GPU cloud services and next-generation data center infrastructure across North America and Europe. The company is experiencing rapid expansion as demand for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (HPC) continues to accelerate, and is investing heavily in building scalable finance and operational capabilities to support its growth.

  • Position Summary
  • Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join its lean FP&A team. This individual will play a key role in driving monthly management reporting, corporate operating expense forecasting, and financial planning initiatives while partnering closely with Accounting throughout the company's transition to a monthly close process.
  • The role also offers the opportunity to help modernize the company's planning infrastructure by supporting the implementation of an enterprise FP&A platform, replacing legacy Excel-based forecasting models.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process for corporate operating expenses.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Accounting to map general ledger accounts and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and automating monthly executive reporting packages for senior leadership, including the CFO and executive team.
  • Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise FP&A software platform.
  • Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and ensure data integrity across planning models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and business leaders to improve reporting processes and financial visibility.
  • Contribute to process improvements and scalable reporting infrastructure as the company continues its rapid growth.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field (CPA or progress toward certification is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of corporate finance or FP&A experience, preferably within a public company, technology, infrastructure, or other high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and general ledger reporting.
  • Exposure to enterprise FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Workday, Planful, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
