Senior Financial System Analyst

Senior Workday Analyst - Atlanta, GA (Remote Eligible) - up to $160K

We're hiring for a growing retail company headquartered in Atlanta, and we're looking for a Senior Workday Financials Analyst to join their Finance Technology team.

You'll be the go-to Workday Financials expert — owning system configuration, supporting close cycles, and partnering with Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to deliver finance technology that scales across our retail footprint.

What you'll do:

• Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Financial Reporting)
• Support month-end and year-end close — ensuring configs are accurate and audit-ready
• Build accounting rules, worktags, business process frameworks, and spend category hierarchies
• Develop financial reports and dashboards for leadership and store finance teams
• Lead biannual Workday release readiness for Financials modules
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for Workday Financials support and data integrity issues

What you bring:

• 3+ years of Workday Financials configuration experience across multiple modules
• Strong grounding in accounting principles — GL, AP, AR, or Procurement
• Experience in retail, multi-entity, or high-volume transaction environments (preferred)
• Workday Pro Certification in a Financials module (preferred)
• Implementation experience (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, IS, or equivalent experience
