- Role: Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

- Payout: $91,400 – $114,400 annually
- Role Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support global financial consolidations, statutory reporting, and management reporting in a complex multinational environment. This role combines technical accounting expertise with financial analysis to deliver accurate financial reporting, strengthen reporting processes, and support executive decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual global financial consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments.
- Maintain and reconcile the financial consolidation and reporting environment using Workiva.
- Manage and govern the global chart of accounts, including account maintenance and cost center updates.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and statements of equity.
- Assist in preparing financial statement footnotes, supporting schedules, and statutory financial reports for international entities.
- Coordinate with external auditors by preparing audit schedules and responding to audit requests during interim and year-end audits.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages, perform variance analysis, and provide financial commentary for senior leadership.
- Partner with FP&A to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency with general ledger and consolidation data.
- Prepare consolidation journal entries and identify opportunities to improve and automate financial close and reporting processes.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with significant exposure to financial consolidations and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including consolidation accounting, foreign currency translation, and financial statement presentation.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with non-US GAAP statutory reporting requirements for international entities.
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle, SAP, or similar financial platforms.
- Proficiency with Workiva for financial reporting, disclosure management, or consolidations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and large dataset management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain financial results to diverse stakeholders.
