Senior Financial Analyst

• A growing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team.
• Reporting to senior leadership, this role will support financial planning, treasury, forecasting, reporting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and performance trends
• Assist with executive reporting, presentations, and special projects
• Cash Flow Modelling
• Manage daily treasury
• Monitor the coveting compliance
• Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities and investments
• Conduct research and analysis to support business planning and growth initiatives
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership review

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong understanding of liquidity metrics
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems, treasury management, and reporting tools is an asset
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with reporting and planning systems is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
