We're partnering with a growing multi-office professional services firm seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and strategic analysis.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Support audits, tax compliance, and multi-state reporting
• Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and variance analysis to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial reporting, general ledger accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Law firm or professional services experience highly preferred
• Experience with legal accounting software is a plus
