This position is responsible for enhancing and optimizing financial systems and tools to support continued growth, while managing operating expense metrics and delivering monthly reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with department leaders to drive alignment, maintain consistency, and provide strategic financial support to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze key trends and variances, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Build and enhance financial models, tools, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate data and analysis.
- Research market and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and present clear, data-driven findings to leadership.
- Partner with department leaders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize Tableau dashboards for reporting and performance tracking.
- Manage pricing models, tariff calculations, and related financial metrics in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and related functions.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
