2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing financial visibility and supporting strategic decision-making for the Helium 10 business unit and R&D organization. This position bridges finance and business strategy, enabling leadership to evaluate resource allocation, manage performance, and identify growth opportunities. The role contributes to financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drive business outcomes and support organizational goals.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Develop bottoms-up financial models to assess revenue impact and KPIs for new initiatives, pricing changes, and go-to-market strategies
• • Create and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership and Board of Directors
• • Ensure accuracy in month-end close and P&L reporting through collaboration with accounting and FP&A teams
• • Lead key components of planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles including revenue, expenses, and headcount
• • Partner with functional leaders across SMB GTM, SMB CX, and R&D to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• • Implement AI automations into FP&A reporting, planning, and financial modeling workflows

4. Requirements:

• • Minimum 3 years of FP&A business partnering experience, preferably in SaaS, subscription, ad tech, or technology sectors, or a combination of FP&A, investment banking, and management consulting
• • Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to build and maintain complex, driver-based financial models
• • Familiarity with SaaS/subscription and advertising business models and related KPIs is highly desirable
• • Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional and non-finance audiences
• • Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau and familiarity with ERP systems like Pigment is a plus
• • Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity and a history of driving process improvements in fast-paced environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• • The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000, varying based on experience, skills, and location
• • Eligible for an additional annual bonus through an incentive plan, with details provided during recruitment
