Senior Financial Analyst

Must have experience working on RETAIL shopping centers

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Financial Analyst plays an important role in supporting our client’s business teams by delivering financial analysis, lease scenario modeling, and review asset performance across the wholly owned and joint venture portfolios. This individual will serve as a key analytical partner to leasing, asset management, and senior leadership - bringing a sharp financial mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement. This person must be detail-oriented and work well with others, ideally having a collaborative approach across multiple departments.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

• BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSRE) and relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate valuation, underwriting, and/or financial analysis.
• Skills in financial modeling platforms – Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise – with a high level of accuracy in analysis and reporting are required.
