What you will enjoy doing*
- You will lead annual plan and monthly forecast processes for supported business areas and financial KPIs
- Lead monthly financial close analysis, including detailed actual-to-budget, actual-to-forecast, and prior year variance analysis for supported business areas and financial KPIs
- You will prepare and present monthly business reviews, highlighting financial performance, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
- Moreover, you will identify, challenge, and improve existing financial processes by leveraging technology and automation to enhance forecast accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- You will serve as a trusted financial partner to business leaders by providing forward-looking insights and actionable recommendations
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting by validating assumptions and adhering to established financial processes and controls
What Makes You Great
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum five years’ experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI is preferred
- You have knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Also, you have proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities that drive financial and operational performance
- You have demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and leverage technology to enhance reporting and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to business leaders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
