Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Pricing Analytics team by transforming large datasets into actionable business insights that drive pricing decisions. This role is highly data-focused, with a strong emphasis on SQL, data analysis, and scenario modeling. The ideal candidate is a strong technical analyst who can work with complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries to support pricing and business analysis.
• Analyze large datasets in Snowflake to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Develop scenario models to assess the impact of pricing changes on units, revenue, and margin.
• Evaluate pricing actions through post-implementation analysis and performance measurement.
• Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and reporting.
• Support the development and enhancement of analytical tables, datasets, and reporting processes.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, pricing analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience building and maintaining complex queries against large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with pricing analytics, merchandising analytics, or commercial analytics.
• Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, or P&L concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
