Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary

• We are seeking a strong Senior Financial Analyst to support a broad range of finance, accounting, reporting, and data-driven workstreams across the finance organizations. This role will work closely with the SEC Reporting Manager, Controllers and CFO to help drive high quality analysis, improve reporting outputs, strengthen processes, and enhance the team’s overall operating capability.
• The ideal candidate will combine a solid grounding in financial reporting and accounting with strong data and reporting capabilities, including experience working with large datasets such as SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering across finance and technology teams, and helping improve reporting processes and data quality over time.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support a range of finance, accounting, and reporting workstreams across the team including both external and internal reporting
• Prepare and maintain internal management reporting, recurring reporting packages, and ad hoc analyses
• Work with large and complex datasets to support reporting, variance analysis, and management insights. Investigate, reconcile, and explain data, reporting across multiple sources
• Help design, build, and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data outputs using SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Support quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles, including audit support and documentation requests
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual workflows, and enhance data quality and control
• Assist with special projects related to reporting, systems, data governance, and finance process improvement
