Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A & Strategic Finance

New York City | Hybrid (2 days / week onsite)

A rapidly growing, publicly traded technology company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its expanding FP&A organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking for meaningful ownership, broad exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to help build scalable finance processes within a high-growth business.

Rather than simply maintaining reports, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, financial modeling, and improving the company's planning infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and monthly forecasting for corporate operating expenses
• Partner closely with Accounting during the monthly close process
• Perform financial statement and variance analysis
• Prepare executive management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives
• Assist with implementation of enterprise FP&A software
• Improve reporting automation and planning processes
• Support ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership
• Analyze operating results and identify business trends
• Help develop scalable reporting and forecasting tools

• ***Qualifications***
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, audit, or accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities
• Experience partnering with accounting teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with ERP systems or FP&A software is a plus
