We are recruiting on behalf of a large Canadian organization headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, experiencing significant growth through strategic expansion initiatives. This company has established itself as a progressive industry leader, emphasizing innovative solutions, sustainability, and employee development.

They are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and supports continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong aptitude for managing large data sets and technical tools.

Would you like to join a team that values accountability, growth, learning while adhering to best practices while well-positioned for future growth?

Key responsibilities and oversight:

  • • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic planning processes within the FP&A function.
  • • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • • Manage and analyze large data sets using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to create dashboards, generate insights, and identify trends.
  • • Support the preparation of reports for internal management, including variance analysis, financial summaries, and operational metrics.
  • • Collaborate closely with Managers supporting Corporate Costs and Managed Services to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
  • • Assist with ad hoc projects or initiatives driven by growth and organizational needs.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial tools.

The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • • CPA designation with experience in planning, analysis, and financial modelling.
  • • Proven experience managing large datasets, ideally with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or similar tools.
  • • Strong communication skills supporting finance teams, operational staff, or external stakeholders—experience in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data.
  • • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and in a team setting.
  • • High degree of professionalism, attitude, and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • • Previous exposure to or preference for working within a public company environment.

All interested candidates should submit their résumé for consideration by applying directly to this posting or via email at [email protected] — one of our consultants will contact you directly. We welcome the résumé of any CPA currently seeking new opportunities.
