• Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste financier(ère) principal(e) dynamique et analytique pour soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques et contribuer à la croissance de l’entreprise.

• 💼 Principales responsabilités
• 📈 Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
• 📊 Produire des rapports financiers, tableaux de bord, prévisions et budgets
• 📉 Développer et maintenir des modèles financiers pour soutenir la planification et les décisions d’affaires
• 🔍 Réaliser des analyses d’écarts et identifier les tendances, risques et opportunités
• 💰 Participer aux clôtures financières de fin de mois et de fin d’année
• 📋 Contribuer aux audits, aux contrôles internes et aux exigences de conformité
• 🤝 Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’améliorer la performance financière et les processus

• 🎯 Qualifications
• ✔️ Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
• ✔️ Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse financière, reporting financier ou comptabilité
• ✔️ Titre CPA (obtenu ou en voie d’obtention) considéré comme un atout
• ✔️ Excellente maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, RECHERCHEX, modélisation financière, analyse de données)
• ✔️ Expérience en budgétisation, prévisions financières et analyse des états financiers
• ✔️ Expérience avec un ERP (SAP Business One est un atout)
• ✔️ Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

Our client in the consumer goods industry is looking for a driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to help support strategic decision-making and business growth.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities
• 📈 Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• 📊 Develop financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and budgets
• 📉 Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• 🔍 Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• 💰 Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• 📋 Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• 🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and processes

• 🎯 Qualifications
• ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
• ✔️ CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset
• ✔️ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, financial modeling, data analysis)
• ✔️ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
• ✔️ ERP experience (SAP Business One is an asset)
• ✔️ Bilingualism (French & English)
