Senior Financial Analyst (CST, EST OR MST)

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This is a newly created, fully remote opportunity reporting directly to the CFO.

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys building processes, improving reporting, and partnering with leadership in a fast-growing organization. The company is undergoing significant transformation, including enhancements to systems, processes, and the overall finance function.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentations
• Provide insights and decision support to business leaders
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help build and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and workflows
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Comfortable working in a changing, growth-oriented environment
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with willingness to support beyond traditional responsibilities
• Ability to work core business hours aligned with Central Time
