Busy Real Estate Company looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst / Asset Manager for the Boca Raton office.
**Ideal candidate will have experience in Retail / Mixed Use Properties and LOCAL to the South Florida area.
Role Description: Achieving & maintaining world class assets through continuous monitoring of an action plan, searching for new value-add opportunities, & developing solutions.
1) Definition AM Role:
Cross-functional team leader that coordinates tasks necessary to execute a business plan through an action plan
Continuous monitoring of key milestones, detail probing, & communicating status to Sr Mgt
Develop solutions to property or tenant issues
Conducts Quarterly “Project Meetings” with all departments
2) Interaction with other Departments:
A. Property Management
Tracking tenants’ openings/construction through PMS
Monitor struggling and defaulting tenants – property mgt to provide information
Monitor tenant renewals
Review & evaluate tenant request and propose a solution
B. Financial Analysis –
Review & provide input on expenses/budgets/leasing rates
Check proforma/model’s vs actuals & budget
Annual Budget Approvals
Annual CTI Reconciliation Approvals
3) Acquisitions/ Dispositions:
Assist with due Diligence, tenant interviews, & research on gov/municipal matters pre-closing
Prepare business Plan & Present to other departments
Prepare Asset for disposition: review P&L’s, accurate monthly billings, tenant grievances, open physical property issues, etc…
Coordinate site tours
