Senior Finance Sales Analyst

Seeking a Sales Finance professional with 4-6 years of experience in FP&A/sales finance, strong P&L ownership, pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and the ability to influence sales leadership through data-driven business insights

Requirements

• Sales Finance experience supporting pricing, promotions, customer profitability, rebates/incentives, and sales performance analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate dealer/product bids and make business recommendations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L management
• Ability to prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reports for leadership
• Experience using data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements
• Strong partnership skills with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and improve business performance
• Ability to work independently, handle ad hoc requests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-6 years of relevant finance experience preferably in Retail Industry.
• Strong understanding of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement
• CPA and/or MBA is preferred but not required

• Salary: $105k - $115k
