Summary

Seeking a Senior ETL Developer with strong experience in enterprise data warehousing, ETL development, and cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Python/PySpark, DataStage, SQL, and Snowflake, with experience building scalable data pipelines and working in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.

Key Skills Required

• ETL Development: IBM DataStage, ETL pipeline design & optimization
• Programming: Python, PySpark
• Database: Advanced SQL
• Data Warehouse: Enterprise DW concepts, data modeling
• Cloud: Snowflake, AWS or Azure
• SDLC: Code development, testing, debugging, deployment
• Data Integration: Data mapping, transformation, validation
• Testing: Unit testing, regression testing

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows based on business and data requirements
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using DataStage, Python, and SQL
• Work with Snowflake and cloud platforms for data processing and migration
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support system/integration testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and coding standards

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of ETL development experience in data warehouse environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Python/PySpark, DataStage, and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of data warehousing best practices and standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or banking domain
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps)
