Senior Estimator - Data Center

Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to take ownership of large-scale bids, lead preconstruction strategy, and represent the business with major clients. • Lead and manage electrical estimating on large projects.
• Perform detailed takeoffs, quantity surveys, and produce accurate, competitive bids.
• Act as the primary estimator in client-facing preconstruction meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and project partners.
• Mentor and support junior estimators, contributing to team development.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop winning bid strategies.
• Travel as required for bids, presentations, and client engagement.
• Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of electrical estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Proven track record as the lead estimator on major projects.
• Experience in mission critical/data centers, or similar high-value sectors (semiconductors, EV, advanced manufacturing).
• Strong technical ability in self-perform electrical estimating (AccuBit and Excel proficiency required).
• Confident communicator with presence in executive-level meetings.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance leadership and hands-on technical work.
