• Role Overview
• This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of enterprise trade compliance solutions using SAP GTS (E4H) and related trade applications. The successful candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver standardized, scalable solutions that improve global trade compliance processes and operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for SAP GTS trade compliance solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and enhance SAP GTS (E4H) and SAP ERP processes for import, export, sanctions, and digital supply chain operations.
• Develop functional specifications and support interface development, enhancements, testing, and solution realization.
• Own and provide ongoing support for trade compliance applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, and IT service owners to deliver technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and business deployment teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Promote standardized global business processes and support governance of enterprise design models.
• Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and release readiness while traveling up to 25% as required.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related technical discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP GTS (E4H).
• 8+ years of SAP experience supporting IT deployments.
• 6+ years of trade compliance experience, including SAP GTS.
• Experience with SAP Logistics configuration and process implementation is preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end SAP GTS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance processes, ERP security authorization concepts, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in changing environments while managing project risks and uncertainty.
