A leading healthcare is seeking a fulltime Senior Epic BI Developer – OpTime / Perioperative. The Senior Epic BI Developer to serve as technical lead for our Perioperative Division. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of business intelligence and analytics solutions supporting perioperative and anesthesia services. You will work closely with clinical and operational leadership to transform complex clinical data into actionable insights, streamline surgical workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities
• Technical & Strategic Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reporting and analytical solutions across the perioperative and anesthesia service lines.
• Domain Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage deep clinical and operational knowledge of perioperative and surgical workflows to bridge the gap between technical teams and clinical leaders.
• Data & Analytics Delivery: Build and optimize reporting solutions tailored to OpTime and surgical analytics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with surgical directors, anesthesiologists, nurse managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into high-impact BI solutions.

• Qualifications & Requirements
• Certification: Current Epic OpTime certification is preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience with Epic OpTime/Anesthesia data models, SQL and enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
