By combining cutting-edge applied machine learning, foundational research, and seamless ML operations, the team harnesses data to revolutionise the online gambling and sports betting experience. From predictive analytics and personalisation to fraud detection and real-time recommendations, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement, trust, and satisfaction. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">4+ years of experience in machine learning and data science roles.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, supporting the growth and performance of engineers.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with cloud computing platforms, primarily AWS, and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words
