Role Overview:

We are hiring for a Customer Support Email Analyst to work on a contractual basis, providing support to customers via email on the Micro1 platform. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will be working in a remote setting, utilizing their technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • • Analyze customer issues and resolve them efficiently, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • • Utilize the Micro1 platform to manage customer interactions, track issues, and provide updates on resolutions.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on progress.
  • • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry and the Micro1 platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications, including experience with email support systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear and concise solutions.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
