Role Overview:

This contractual position requires a Document Reviewer to assess and validate technical documents for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements. The work involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment where precision in documentation directly impacts AI and software development initiatives. Strong attention to detail and adherence to established standards are essential for maintaining consistency across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Review technical documents, including specifications, user guides, and API references, for completeness and correctness.
• • Ensure documents adhere to established style guides, terminology standards, and industry best practices.
• • Identify inconsistencies, errors, or gaps in content and request revisions or clarifications from authors.
• • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
• • Maintain organized records of reviews, feedback, and revisions to track progress and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing technical documentation in software development, AI, or related fields.
• • Proficiency in markdown, LaTeX, or structured documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, GitBook, or similar).
• • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative document editing platforms.
• • Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
