• Location : (Remote, Canada)
• Experience: 12+ Years
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Management, Data Engineering, and Analytics programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and mentor global delivery teams, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Drive governance, Agile best practices, and delivery excellence across engagements.
• Partner with clients and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and support account expansion.
• Oversee cloud-based data solutions and collaborate with architects on scalable, secure platforms.
• Required Skills:
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience in Data & Analytics.
• Strong expertise in AWS (mandatory), including Redshift and cloud data ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Agile, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with DataOps, data quality, observability, lineage, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience in Sports, Gaming, Media, Entertainment, Health, Fitness, or Lifestyle domains.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and driving account growth.
