Senior Data Usability Analyst

The Role

• Improve data usability to support MEDITECH Expanse platform implementation
• Ensure high-quality, normalized, and usable data is consistently available to clinicians, data scientists, administrators, and report writers
• Bridge technical and clinical gaps by interpreting workflows, aligning data with standards, and supporting terminology normalization
• Partner with business and product owners, subject matter experts in clinical domains, and technical teams to define requirements, develop data models, and participate in terminology normalization
• Provide expertise in Expanse clinical workflows and data structures
• Apply healthcare coding knowledge to normalize terminology by creating and maintaining code maps

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
• 7+ years of experience in a hospital setting (clinical, Health Information Management, or billing preferred)
• 1+ year(s) of experience in clinical coding preferred
• 1+ year(s) of experience in data and workflow analysis preferred
• 1+ year(s) of experience in EHR maintenance, build or implementation (MEDITECH, EPIC, Cerner preferred)
