Senior Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist (LLMs & Applied AI) to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models on proprietary data.

You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and real-world product delivery, turning advanced models into scalable, business-ready systems.

Tech Stack

Core: Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face

AI/ML: LLM fine-tuning, RAG

Data: Pandas, NumPy

Infra (varies by project): Cloud, APIs, MLOps tooling

What You’ll Do

Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA / QLoRA
Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
Improve model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-centric approaches
Contribute to architecture decisions around scalable AI systems

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
Strong background in ML, NLP, and applied statistics
Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, or RAG-based systems)
Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance trade-offs
Experience deploying models into production environments

Nice to Have

Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
Familiarity with RAG architectures or vector databases
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Background in handling large-scale or proprietary datasets
