  • Salary Range: $160,000/Year (all inclusive) + benefits.
  • About the Role
  • Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable data science solutions.
  • Build and optimize statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models for business applications.
  • Develop forecasting, recommendation, classification, segmentation, and optimization models.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analytics professionals.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure model governance, explainability, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and production-grade solutions.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years overall experience , experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale analytics or AI transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience in Retail, CPG, Supply Chain, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Technology domains.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and MLOps frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.

  • Programming: Python, SQL, R (preferred)
  • ML/AI: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Big Data: Spark, Databricks, Hadoop
  • Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker
  • MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift
