Senior Data Product Manager - Healthcare MDM

Core Responsibilities

• Product Ownership
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Patient and Person data products.
• Define and manage:
• Product roadmap
• Backlog
• Prioritization
• Requirements gathering
• User stories/use cases
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Releases
• Program & Stakeholder Management
• Drive initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Partner with:
• Enterprise Architecture teams
• Delivery/Engineering teams
• Business stakeholders
• Leadership teams
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor:
• MDM professionals
• Business Analysts
• Oversee execution quality and team performance.
• Strategic Responsibilities
• Create product strategy and roadmap based on:
• Business priorities
• Customer feedback
• Industry trends
• Support go-to-market planning and communication with leadership
• Critical Technical Skills Required
• Healthcare MDM

Strong experience managing:

• Patient Master Data
• Provider Master Data
• Data Governance
• Data Quality Programs
• EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index)

The JD strongly emphasizes EMPI experience, including:

• Patient identity matching
• Duplicate detection
• Record survivorship
• Duplicate resolution workflows
• Data remediation and cleansing
• Healthcare Data Domains

Deep understanding of:

• Patient
• Provider
• Payer
• Location
• Healthcare System Integration

Experience integrating data across:

• EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
• CRM platforms (Salesforce Health Cloud, Dynamics, etc.)
• MDM solutions (Informatica, Reltio, IBM, Semarchy, etc.)
• Interoperability Standards

Knowledge of:

• HL7 v2
• FHIR
• Healthcare data exchange models
