2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Intelligence Analyst (Health Equity Analyst) role centers on analyzing and responding to complex data requests to support enterprise data intelligence projects. The position involves translating business and clinical needs into precise data specifications, generating reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights that influence decision-making and organizational strategies.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Detail business requirements, data definitions, and data quality standards for data intelligence projects.
- • Create specifications for reports and analyses based on clinical and business needs.
- • Produce data sets, reports, ad-hoc requests, and dashboards.
- • Write moderately sophisticated SQL queries to analyze complex internal and external data.
- • Understand and develop reports, triaging data requests with a focus on business needs.
- • Apply healthcare knowledge and critical analysis to recommend solutions.
- • Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns and trends for decision-makers.
- • Participate in operational workflow re-engineering with end-users.
- • Understand system build concepts, migration workflows, change control processes, and ticket management.
- • Lead process and requirements analysis, including mapping current and future workflows.
- • Serve as primary contact for vendor support on complex projects and issue resolution.
- • Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives, managing complex integrated testing processes.
- • Contribute to strategic discussions by evaluating options and providing recommendations.
4. Requirements:
- • Experience with moderately sophisticated SQL coding and querying.
- • Strong understanding of report analysis and development.
- • Critical thinking skills applied to healthcare data and business challenges.
- • Ability to manage vendor relationships and support complex project needs.
- • Skills in process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder analysis.
- • Capability to lead quality assurance and testing processes.
