About the Role
Prudent Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build enterprise-scale data platforms that consolidate multiple data sources into a centralized, governed data warehouse while enabling AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in modern data engineering, distributed processing, and hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA GPU-accelerated infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise data warehouse/lakehouse solutions.
Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Develop high-performance data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering tools.
Deploy and optimize data infrastructure on Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA AI Enterprise platforms.
Implement data governance, lineage, quality, security, and compliance standards.
Create ML-ready datasets and feature stores for Data Science teams.
Optimize storage and compute performance across hybrid/on-prem GPU environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
Document architecture, pipelines, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
Experience with Spark or distributed data processing frameworks.
Experience with Kafka, Airflow, dbt, or similar modern data engineering tools.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery, or enterprise data warehouse platforms.
Hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory infrastructure and NVIDIA AI Enterprise (Required).
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical, or Pharma domain experience.
NVIDIA RAPIDS.
NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
NVIDIA NIM Microservices.
MLOps and Feature Store implementation.
NVIDIA DLI or Dell AI certifications.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
