We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a high-visibility Enterprise Data Lake initiative and develop scalable Hadoop/Big Data applications.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Big Data development experience
• Strong hands-on AWS, Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, Kafka, SQL
• Shell scripting and complex SQL queries
• Real-time data streaming experience
• Git
• Programming experience with Python, Java, or Scala (2+)
• Performance tuning and reusable code development
• Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Enterprise Data Lake applications
• Build analytics solutions using AWS Big Data technologies
• Participate in code reviews and solution discussions
• Develop technical specifications from business requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and technical teams
• Support performance, quality, and scalability
