Are you a hands-on Data Engineer who enjoys building enterprise-scale data pipelines and solving complex data challenges? We're looking for 2 experienced Senior Data Engineers to join a high-impact team supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Data Engineer with 5–7+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines in complex production environments. They possess advanced SQL expertise, deep knowledge of ETL/ELT development, and strong experience with platforms such as Oracle Exadata, Snowflake, Talend, dbt, or Informatica. They have a solid understanding of dimensional data modeling, DataOps, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization, along with scripting experience in Python and shell. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience with cloud platforms, streaming technologies like Kafka or Spark Streaming, AI/ML data pipelines, and large enterprise or utility environments is highly desirable.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines
Develop robust batch and streaming data solutions
Optimize SQL performance and data warehouse workloads
Implement DataOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices
Troubleshoot production data issues and improve reliability
Partner with architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions

Required Skills
5-7+ years of Data Engineering experience
Advanced SQL development and performance tuning experience
Oracle Exadata, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data warehouse experience
Talend, dbt, Informatica, or similar ETL/ELT platform expertise
Enterprise data warehousing and dimensional modeling experience
Skilled in production-scale data pipeline development
Python and shell scripting skills
Data virtualization (Denodo, Dremio, Composite, Starburst, etc.) experience
DataOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability experience

Nice to Have
Experience with the following:
Kafka, Kafka Connect, Spark Streaming, Apache Flink
Cribl
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
AI/ML pipeline experience
Cost optimization in cloud data warehouses
Utility industry or other large enterprise/capital project experience

Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
