The HRIS Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to support HR, Payroll, and Finance operations. This role ensures that modules such as Recruitment, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, and Core HR are effectively utilized to streamline business processes and provide accurate workforce data.

Reporting into IT while partnering closely with HR and Finance, the HRIS Systems Analyst bridges technical system administration with HR functional needs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Workforce Management / Time & Attendance, & Core HR.

Maintain role-based security and system permissions in compliance with IT and HR policies.

Coordinate and test quarterly ADP system releases and new functionality.

Conduct regular audits and reconciliations across HR, Payroll, and Finance data.

Develop and maintain standard and custom reports in to support legal and regulatory compliance, HR metrics, and workforce planning.

Ensure adherence to data privacy/security regulations.

Partner with HR to align system configuration with policies and programs.

Work with Payroll to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing through WFN integration.

Support Finance with position control, labor distribution, and organizational reporting.

Act as primary liaison with ADP support for troubleshooting and enhancement requests.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase system adoption across WFN modules.

Lead or support projects involving new WFN module implementations, integrations, and system upgrades.

Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3+ years of direct experience with ADP Workforce Now administration.

Hands-on expertise with WFN modules including Recruitment, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance Management, and Time & Attendance.

Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes.

Proficiency with WFN Reporting & Analytics and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with system integrations and vendor interfaces (benefits carriers, ATS, LMS, etc.).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
