GCP, SAP & Data Lake

We are looking for a 15–22+ year experienced Data Architecture professional with strong hands-on experience in GCP, Data Lake/Delta Lake, SAP, enterprise data modelling, and large-scale data migration.

🔑 Must-Have Skills

✅ 15+ years in Data Engineering & Data Architecture

✅ 4+ years owning enterprise-scale data architecture

✅ 4+ years of strong Data Lake / Delta Lake experience – recent hands-on project experience preferred

✅ Strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience

✅ BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow / Dataproc

✅ Cloud Composer / Airflow, Pub/Sub, Dataplex

✅ Expert-level Enterprise Data Modelling – 3NF, dimensional modelling, SCD, grain & key design

✅ Advanced SQL & Python

✅ dbt / modern data transformation frameworks

✅ CI/CD, automated testing, release management

✅ Data quality, observability, monitoring & data lineage

✅ Enterprise data governance and metadata management

✅ Strong SAP data experience – Mandatory/Highly Preferred

✅ Experience with SAP Sales, Billing, Delivery, GL and Inventory data

✅ Experience with PeopleSoft and/or other enterprise ERP systems

✅ Experience with PeopleSoft → SAP or other ERP migration/transformation projects is highly desirable

✅ Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report & Inventory Management

✅ Tableau / enterprise BI consumption and data reconciliation experience

✅ Experience with data products, data mesh and contract-based data delivery

✅ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

✅ Experience managing onsite/offshore distributed teams
