We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect / Data Modeler to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and data warehousing who can design scalable, high-performance data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications.
Develop scalable enterprise data warehouse and cloud data platform solutions.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT data integration pipelines.
Define and implement data architecture, governance, metadata, and data quality standards.
Collaborate with business, analytics, and technology teams to deliver modern data solutions.
Support cloud-based data platforms on Azure and AWS.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing.
Strong experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, and Amazon S3.
Expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, and Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS/IDMC).
Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
