About The Opportunity

Travel Congress has an opening for a Senior Data Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across conference programming, attendee service, speaker coordination, content, marketing, and event operations for travel professionals. In this position, you will lead advanced analysis, reporting, metric design, and data-quality work across business and operational datasets while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Travel Congress.

Salary: $106,500 - $116,500 per year

What You'll Coordinate

• Translate complex questions about registration, programming, marketing, and event-delivery workflows into measurable analyses, reporting logic, and decision-ready outputs.
• Analyze registration, attendee, program, marketing, and event-performance data to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities that require deeper investigation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical datasets with documented definitions.
• Review data quality, reconcile conflicting sources, and establish validation checks before results are published.
• Develop forecasts, segmentation, or scenario analyses and explain the implications to attendees, speakers, sponsors, and event teams.
• Guide analytical standards, documentation, and peer review for recurring metrics and high-impact reporting for Travel Congress.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of data-analysis, business-intelligence, or advanced reporting experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills plus practical SQL experience; BI or visualization-tool experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and communicate analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Travel Congress's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
