Position Overview

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. has an opening for a Senior Data Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across building-product sales, customer service, product support, orders, vendors, and project coordination. In this position, you will lead advanced analysis, reporting, metric design, and data-quality work across business and operational datasets while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.

Salary: $107,000 - $117,000 per year

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate complex questions about order, product, vendor, and project workflows into measurable analyses, reporting logic, and decision-ready outputs.
• Analyze order, product, customer, vendor, and operational data to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities that require deeper investigation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical datasets with documented definitions.
• Review data quality, reconcile conflicting sources, and establish validation checks before results are published.
• Develop forecasts, segmentation, or scenario analyses and explain the implications to customers, vendors, sales teams, and operations teams.
• Guide analytical standards, documentation, and peer review for recurring metrics and high-impact reporting for Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.

Qualifications

• Several years of data-analysis, business-intelligence, or advanced reporting experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills plus practical SQL experience; BI or visualization-tool experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and communicate analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.'s remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
