- Key Responsibilities
- Innovation & Data Solutions
- Utilize modern analytics, open-source technologies, and digital tools to analyze complex and diverse datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions, tools, and self-service capabilities for business users.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies to support evolving business and analytics initiatives.
- Create efficient frameworks that enable data accessibility, usability, and operational excellence.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and visualization tools that support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner to support business objectives.
- Data Management & Governance
- Promote and maintain strong data quality standards, including metadata management, data lineage, and business definitions.
- Collaborate with technology and governance teams to ensure secure data access and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain processes and tools for monitoring, measuring, and reporting data quality.
- Support data governance initiatives to improve data reliability, transparency, and consistency across the organization.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data environments, including data warehouse concepts.
- Experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative or technology-related discipline.
- Advanced experience with Python, R, Spark, SQL, or related data technologies.
- Experience working within Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
- Experience developing and managing solutions within modern data warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and related best practices.
- Experience implementing data quality monitoring and validation processes.
- Understanding of cloud services and data engineering concepts.
