  • Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building innovative analytics solutions that drive business success? We are seeking a Data Analyst who can leverage analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions, deliver meaningful business intelligence, and ensure high standards of data management and governance.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Innovation & Analytics
  • Explore and analyze large, complex, and diverse datasets to uncover valuable insights and opportunities.
  • Build scalable data solutions, tools, and self-service capabilities that empower data consumers across the organization.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance analytics processes and support evolving business initiatives.
  • Develop automated processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Business Intelligence
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence business strategy.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Management & Governance
  • Support data quality initiatives by implementing standards, controls, and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain data lineage, metadata, and business definitions to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to support data security, access controls, and governance practices.
  • Develop and execute data quality monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant analytics experience; or a Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Experience querying, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Hands-on experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a STEM or other quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced experience with Python, R, SQL, Spark, or related analytics technologies.
  • Experience working within Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern data ecosystems.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data governance, and data quality management practices.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools, monitoring frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms and analytical environments.
