We are seeking a Data Analyst who can leverage analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions, deliver meaningful business intelligence, and ensure high standards of data management and governance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Innovation & Analytics
- Explore and analyze large, complex, and diverse datasets to uncover valuable insights and opportunities.
- Build scalable data solutions, tools, and self-service capabilities that empower data consumers across the organization.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance analytics processes and support evolving business initiatives.
- Develop automated processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
- Business Intelligence
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence business strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data Management & Governance
- Support data quality initiatives by implementing standards, controls, and monitoring processes.
- Maintain data lineage, metadata, and business definitions to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support data security, access controls, and governance practices.
- Develop and execute data quality monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant analytics experience; or a Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience querying, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured datasets.
- Hands-on experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a STEM or other quantitative discipline.
- Advanced experience with Python, R, SQL, Spark, or related analytics technologies.
- Experience working within Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern data ecosystems.
- Experience with data warehousing, data governance, and data quality management practices.
- Familiarity with data quality tools, monitoring frameworks, and governance processes.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms and analytical environments.
