2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Analyst plays a vital role in transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. This position is responsible for analyzing data, creating interactive dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role partners with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver solutions that inform decision-making, contributing directly to enhancing organizational impact.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- • Develop and maintain key performance indicators and operational metrics
- • Report and analyze provider data to support account management and dashboard creation
- • Build and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations
- • Automate reporting processes to enhance data accessibility and efficiency
- • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards
- • Support data modeling, standardization, and master data management
- • Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- • Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Identify opportunities for improvement in data processes and methodologies
- • Contribute to analytics best practices and mentor junior analysts
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- • At least 5 years writing SQL queries for large relational databases
- • Minimum 3 years designing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- • At least 3 years experience in data manipulation and advanced Excel functions
- • 3 years partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into data requirements
Preferred:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
- • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
- • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- • Knowledge of statistical analysis or basic machine learning techniques
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • The salary for this role ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment
- • Additional compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
