About The Role

MANTECH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Doral, FL. This role is pivotal in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative data solutions, optimize data workflows, and support operational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients’ missions, ensuring data-driven strategies are implemented successfully.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and extensive experience in data analytics. A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of relevant experience, is required. Alternatively, a master’s degree with three or more years of experience, or a PhD with at least one year of experience, will also be considered. Candidates with an associate’s degree and over seven years of pertinent experience, or a high school diploma with more than nine years of experience, are encouraged to apply.

Proven expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or advanced analytical frameworks is essential. Experience in developing enterprise dashboards and visual reports utilizing business intelligence tools is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of validating data integrity, conducting statistical analysis, and effectively communicating technical findings to diverse audiences. Additionally, proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and analytical reports is required.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, and transform complex structured and unstructured datasets to support operational analysis and decision-making processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to provide insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify key operational metrics and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data governance standards.
• Conduct quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain technical baselines, analytical documentation, and reporting procedures to support continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
