  • Job Description
  • The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst supports operational, clinical, financial, and strategic initiatives by transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. This role partners with business stakeholders to develop dashboards, define metrics, perform advanced analyses, and deliver reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Databricks experience, along with the ability to independently analyze complex datasets, answer business questions, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation: $38.46/hr - 45.67/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
