Senior Data Analyst

• Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Epic Certification in Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• Advanced SQL experience for data extraction, analysis, and validation
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience with Databricks and large-scale healthcare datasets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting
• Experience creating recurring reports, ad hoc analyses, and performance metrics
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data stewardship practices
• Ability to independently build dashboards and answer business questions using data
• Strong communication skills with operational, clinical, finance, and executive stakeholders

• Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• • Experience working with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito data environments
• • Experience analyzing claims, clinical, utilization, quality, finance, or population health data
• • Experience supporting healthcare operations or performance improvement initiatives
• • Experience with Azure cloud technologies
• • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts
• • Experience working with healthcare quality measures, outcomes, and cost-of-care analytics

• Job Description
• The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst supports operational, clinical, financial, and strategic initiatives by transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. This role partners with business stakeholders to develop dashboards, define metrics, perform advanced analyses, and deliver reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Databricks experience, along with the ability to independently analyze complex datasets, answer business questions, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation: $38.46/hr - 45.67/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
