Sr Pharmacy / PBM Data Analyst resume or job summary:

• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer, Pharmacy, and PBM analytics, supporting Pharmacy Operations and Clinical Reporting.
• Strong expertise in Pharmacy Claims, PBM operations, NDC, formulary, drug utilization, pricing, rebates, and performance guarantees.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, data extraction, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and data quality analysis.
• Proficient in analyzing data from PBM extracts, flat files, spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Developed Power BI dashboards, operational reports, KPI scorecards, executive dashboards, and ad hoc analytics for business stakeholders.
• Performed claims reconciliation, variance analysis, trend analysis, pricing validation, vendor oversight, and regulatory reporting.
• Experienced with Snowflake, MySQL, Python (pandas), R, Excel, and BI tools to support repeatable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborated with Pharmacy Operations, PBM vendors, IT Clinical Reporting, Data Warehouse teams, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights.
• Conducted source-to-report reconciliation, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and data validation to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance.
• Translated complex business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations, supporting PBM performance, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.
