Senior Data Analyst

The Role

• Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop complex SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation, including joins, subqueries, and stored procedures.
• Implement data governance, security, and RBAC policies to protect sensitive healthcare data.
• Assist in building and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and metadata management frameworks.
• Conduct data profiling, anomaly detection, and data quality assessments to ensure high data integrity.
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to understand claims, member, provider, and health plan data structures.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience with databases, including 3+ years specifically with Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, including claims, member, provider, and health plan data.
• Extensive experience with advanced SQL development, complex joins, stored procedures, and dynamic SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and metadata management.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, anomaly detection, and data quality scorecards.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data security practices.
