Senior Data Analyst

We are working with a premier client in the healthcare industry, a leader in developing and implementing advanced healthcare solutions, dedicated to improving patient care and operational efficiency through innovative technology.

The Role

• Gather technical and functional requirements for data analysis in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct multi-layer data analysis by linking information from various health data sources.
• Develop source-to-target mappings of raw data to enterprise data models, fit for end-user consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project artifacts, documentation, and reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document mapping requirements.
• Produce clear and concise documentation and provide technical recommendations.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of FHIR and HL7 messaging protocols.
• Proven experience in building source-to-target mappings and conducting analysis in a healthcare context.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions and requirements elicitation.
• Experience analyzing processes and understanding interactions between various healthcare systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business teams, with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
