Senior Data Analyst

We are working with a leading non-profit science, technology, and strategy organization that drives innovation to solve complex national challenges for government clients. The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems for engagement activities.
• Build and maintain near real-time dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Develop automated data collection and ingestion processes, coordinating with various offices.
• Create and manage datasets that function as a lightweight engagement management system.
• Develop and maintain data collection processes and reporting frameworks for mandated requirements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide quick insights on engagement trends and strategic opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability (active clearance preferred).
• Demonstrated experience designing and building databases, data collection systems, or engagement tracking tools using Microsoft SharePoint Lists and Power Platform tools.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience with workflow automation, ETL processes, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards, data models, and automated refresh schedules.
