The Role

Fly My Group is adding a Senior Data Analyst to its remote team supporting group airfare, airline coordination, group reservations, customer service, travel operations, and account support. In this position, you will lead advanced analysis, reporting, metric design, and data-quality work across business and operational datasets while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Fly My Group.

Location: United States — 100% Remote

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year

What You'll Manage

• Translate complex questions about booking and traveler-service workflows into measurable analyses, reporting logic, and decision-ready outputs.
• Analyze reservation, traveler, supplier, and sales data to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities that require deeper investigation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical datasets with documented definitions.
• Review data quality, reconcile conflicting sources, and establish validation checks before results are published.
• Develop forecasts, segmentation, or scenario analyses and explain the implications to travelers, suppliers, and internal travel teams.
• Guide analytical standards, documentation, and peer review for recurring metrics and high-impact reporting for Fly My Group.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of data-analysis, business-intelligence, or advanced reporting experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills plus practical SQL experience; BI or visualization-tool experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and communicate analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Fly My Group's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
