Senior Cybersecurity Analyst 5257

• Tier4 Group is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Data & Analytics Analyst for a hybrid contract role based in Springfield, MA (2–3 days onsite per week). This position sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, data engineering, and analytics, supporting enterprise risk priorities through scalable, data-driven solutions.
• What you’ll do:
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders, risk stakeholders, and business teams to define data-driven use cases aligned to frameworks like NIST CSF
• Design and build data pipelines, models, and analytics architectures supporting vulnerability, threat, and risk domains
• Ingest, transform, and normalize security and IT data while ensuring quality and lineage
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting for both leadership and frontline teams
• Integrate cybersecurity tools with enterprise data platforms in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
• Apply advanced analytics and automation to turn raw telemetry into actionable insights
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytics and development within governance standards
• Translate technical findings into clear business and risk insights for stakeholders
• Act as a technical advisor helping shape cyber data strategy and future analytics capabilities
• Required:
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or data/analytics roles
• Strong experience building data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions
• Hands-on with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or Alteryx
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (threats, vulnerabilities, controls, risk)
• Experience working with data engineering and architecture teams
• Preferred:
• CISSP, CISM, or analytics-related certifications
• Experience with predictive modeling, risk analytics, or trend analysis
• Exposure to AI-assisted development or analytics tools
• Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience in enterprise data environments (data lakes, warehouses)
