Job Overview:

The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses. This role involves assessing financial data, preparing credit reports, and making recommendations to support lending decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of credit risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare detailed credit analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage credit risk for assigned portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for credit approvals, renewals, or denials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and credit evaluation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
